Your holidays with SENIA begin the moment you visit our website and choose one of our campsites. With our cancellation guarantee, forget about any worries.
There is no room for the unexpected!
Special cancellation guarantee conditions: Covid-19
During the 2021 and 2022 season, the SENIA Cancellation Guarantee expands its conditions to cover certain cases related to Covid-19. You will be reimbursed 100% of the paid amount (after deduction of the reservation costs and the value of the guarantee) if you give us notice up to 48 hours prior to the arrival date, provided that at least one of these 5 assumptions or situations are met:
- Covid-19-related mobility restrictions that prevent you from reaching the campsite.
- Your country of residence closes borders and/or your city of residence is confined.
- Spain closes borders and that prevents you from entering the country.
- You cannot enjoy your stay if the campsite is closed.
- The reservation holder or a person from the family unit who lives in the same address is diagnosed as positive to the virus or is in a quarantine situation (in any of these cases, a medical justification will be necessary).
General advantages of booking your holidays with SENIA Cancellation Guarantee
- The cost of the guarantee must be paid at the time of booking.
- The SENIA Cancellation Guarantee covers the reasons explained in this document and includes the reimbursement of the payment made (with the deduction of the management costs and the cost of the guarantee itself).
For what reasons can I cancel the reservation?
- Due to serious illness, serious accident or death of the reservation holder, legal partner, or one of the direct ascendants or descendants, sons-in-law or daughters-in-law.
- Death of a sibling of the reservation holder.
- Serious material damage to the property of the reservation holder that requires your presence.
- Total theft of the vehicle or caravan, or accident during the journey to the campsite.
- In the event of obtaining a new indefinite employment contract through the employment service and having been registered for more than a year.
- Due a dismissal, the loss of the reservation holder’s job, in contracts of more than one year.
When and how is the amount refunded?
- Refund of 100% of the amount (except guarantee and management costs) if the events described on this page happen at least 30 days before the planned arrival at the campsite.
- Refund of 90% of the amount (after deducting the cost of management and guarantee costs) if the events occur during the 30 days prior to the arrival at the campsite.
- Refund of 80% of the days that couldn’t be enjoyed in the event of any of these reasons taking place during your stay (except guarantee and management costs).
- If the reason for cancellation is not any of those mentioned in this document but is notified at least 30 days in advance, the amount paid may be recovered as a discount for another stay within the same season. The second stay must be of the same amount or higher than the first.
What is not included in this guarantee?
- It does not cover damages derived from war, strike, nuclear or radioactive effects or terrorism.
- Does not include damage caused directly by the reservation holder or other companions registered in the reservation.
- It does not cover damages caused by suicide of the owner or members registered as companions in the reservation.
- Any reason that has occurred after contracting the guarantee.
- It does not include the reimbursement of the paid amount if the reason is a chronic illness.
- Neither does it include as a possible reason for a refund, an illness due to depression that leads to an hospitalisation of less than 3 days.
- It does not cover the cancellation of the reservation for damages caused by meteorological causes.
How can you request the cancellation of the reservation?
You must send an email with the reason, reservation number and proof to the corresponding email:

20€ / WEEK – 3 € / NIGHT 
The Sènia Group proposes hiring a cancellation guarantee that covers, under certain circumstances, the reimbursement of all or part of your stay.
COVERAGE AND BENEFITS:
- The subscription to the cancellation guarantee packageis strongly advised. The amount is 20€/week, 3€/night. This amount must be fully payed at the time of the booking.
- The cancellation includes the correspondant reimbursement of the costs of your stay, after deducting the management fees and the amount of this guarantee, upon presentation of proof of the cancellation in the following circumstances
- Group Sènia will not refund for any reason not covered by this guarantee.
In case of one of the following events occurs before your arrival:
- Serious illness or serious accident or death of the owner or spouse (or legal partner) or one of its ancestors or direct descendants, sons or daughters
- Death of a brother, sister or stepbrother/sister
- Considerable material damageto your property requiring your presence.
- Loss of job, except for contracts of less than one year
- Accident or theft of your vehicle and / or caravan that occures during your route (direct) to the campsite.
- Obtaining, after the reservation date, a contract of indefinite duration by a person registered with the employment service for more than 1year.
YOU WILL BE REFUNDED:

- 100% If the events described above occur between the booking date and 30 days before the expected date of arrival, you will be refunded the total downpayment as a reservation fee (minus the booking fees and the cost of this guarantee)
- 90% In case that these events take placewithin 30 days before the expected date of arrival, and you have paid the total amount of your stay, 90% will be refunded (deducting the downpayment as a reservation fee, the booking fees and the cost of the guarantee)
- In case you have to cancell with more than 30 days before the expected date of arrival and the reason for its cancellation does not correspond to any of the assupmtions above, the total given in account (minus the booking fees and the cost of the guarantee) can be refunded as a discount on another stay during the same season and subject to availability.
- In case you have to cancell with 30 days or less before the expected date of arrival and the reason for its cancellation does not correspond to any of the assupmtions above, the total given in account will not be refunded.
- No discount will be applied in case of late arrival or early departure if the reason does not correspond to any of the assupmtions above.
If one of the above mentioned events take place during your stay and you have to leave the campsite before the expected date of departure, 80% of the value of the unused days until the final date of your reservation will be refunded.
EXCLUSIONS:
- Damage resulting from foreign war, civil war, strike, nuclear / radioactive effects or terrorism.
- Damage caused directly by the holder or members enrolled in the reserve
- Suicide or attempted suicide of the owner or members enrolled in the reserve
- Accident, illness or death:
- Any cause occured prior to the acquisition date of the guarantee
- Illness that is the consequence of a chronic disease
- Causes that affects people over 80 years unless that person’s death occurs less than 5 days before the start date of stay
- Depression leading to an hospitalization of less than 3 days.
- Weather conditions
WHAT TO DO IN CASE OF AN INCIDENT?
- Within 24 hours, you must advise the reservations department by email about the incident that prevents the stay.
- Send an e-mail requesting the cancellation of your booking
- Send to the reservations department the following documentation:
- A medical certificate explaining the nature, origin and severity of the accident or disease.
- Any other proof of the incident
RATES
- 3€/night for a stay of less than 7 nights
- 20€/week, for a stay of 7 nights
Example: for a stay of 10 nights, you pay 20€ (7 nights) + 9€ (3€/night x 3 nights) = 29€
